- Mediation: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations. - Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within [90] days, or if either party refuses to participate in mediation, the dispute shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties, or failing such agreement, by the [Name of Appointing Authority]. The seat of arbitration shall be [Mehsana], Gujarat, India, and the language of arbitration shall be Gujarati, Hindi or English.
- Enforcement of Award: The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
